Transportation Service Agreement 
Based on the principle of mutual benefit and honesty, in order to promote common development and friendly cooperation and safeguard respective rights, the following service agreement must be signed before the goods are transported. 
1. Members are not allowed to send the following items which are prohibited for international express delivery. 
Counterfeit brands, unauthorized brands (without authorization documents), and other goods suspected of infringement; 
2 Medical supplies, medicines, fresh produce, powders, liquids, pastes, corrosive substances, narcotics; 
3. Currencies (including bank cards, promissory notes, drafts, checks, bonds, stocks); 
4. Flammable and explosive substances, military weapons and their accessories, imitation military weapons and their accessories; 
5. Antiques, luxury watches, jewelry, precious metals; 
6 Gambling equipment, CDs, tapes, religious propaganda, obscene and pornographic books, reactionary publications; 
7. Stones with a thickness of more than 3 centimeters 
8 Other prohibited items for international express delivery, items prohibited by the policies of the destination countryregion. 
Our staff have the right to inspect the goods of the members under the surveillance camera to determine whether they are prohibitedrestricted items by the state, as well as to confirm the name, category and quantity of the items. The warehouse is fully equipped with security inspection machines. Once any dangerousrestricted items are detected, our company has the right to immediately report to the relevant departments and cooperate with them to handle the situation. 




II. Cross-border Transportation and Customs Clearance 
Our company is responsible for handling the customs clearance and export of the members' goods on the mainland, booking the shipping space and delivering the goods to the destination. We also have the obligation to assist the members with the customs clearance at the destination and handle the handover of the goods to the carrier for delivery to the destination. Members must fill in the shipping documents accurately, declaring the correct product name, quantity and value to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the goods. If the members falsely report the product name, quantityvalue,if the goods cannot be smoothly cleared due to local policy reasons and are returned by the destination customs with finesconfiscation, the resulting losses and consequences shall be borne by the members. 




III. Cross-border Tariffs 
When the goods arrive at the destination, they will pass through the customs of the destination country. If the value of the goods exceeds the duty-free limit of the destination countryregion, customs duties may be levied. Before mailing the goods, members need to budget for the possible customs duty costs (except for the package service channel). If customs duties are imposed, a local customs tax bill will be sent to the recipient, and the recipient needs to pay the tax themselves. If the recipient refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to be paid by the member. 




IV. International Express Delivery Fees and Additional Charges 
Our company is a freight forwarding agency. Due to changes in the costs of the carriers, our courier fees and additional charges will also be adjusted. The real-time prices are subject to the shipping time. If the price changes significantly, a general announcement will be made. No separate notification will be given in such cases. During the cooperation process, if members have any questions about the single freight charges of our company, they need to propose for negotiation and modification before the goods are dispatched. Once the goods are dispatched, it is considered as the default correct charge and acceptance. 
In the event that any charges arise, they will be borne by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay, the payment will be automatically transferred to the membership account.

6 Destination customs duties (excluding the inclusive tariff channel) 
7. Destination customs fine 
8. Destination storage fees and return fees resulting from the responsibility of the recipient 
Additional charges for any other special service requests from the recipient. 




V. Container Shipping and Warehousing Costs 
If the goods of a member stored in our consolidated shipping warehouse remain unshipped for more than 180 days, storage fees will be incurred. Our company will charge the member 0.5 yuan per day for storage fees, with a minimum starting fee of 20 yuan per item. If the total time exceeds 360 days, the item will be automatically discarded for the member. 
For the goods that need to be returned to the warehouse after being stored by the members, our company will charge the members 20 yuan as a one-time operation fee. The forwarding freight will be reimbursed on a case-by-case basis. For the goods that have been packed but not yet dispatched from the warehouse, if the members need to change the packagingperform secondary packaging, they will need to pay an additional 10 yuan as an operation fee. Once the goods are dispatched from the warehouse, the order cannot be changed. 




VI. Measurement Units and Rules 
If the volume weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight, the freight will be charged based on the volume weight. The following volume-based charging rules may be subject to changes without further notice. For specific details, please consult our customer service. 
DHL, UPS, TNT, FED: The volumetric charging standard is calculated by dividing the length, height and width of the package by 5000, resulting in the volume weight. This rule does not apply to special channels. 
EMS volume charging standard: Length * Height * Width of the package divided by 8000 equals the volume weight. The limit for each item is 30KGless. 
International dedicated line services to Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. For general cargo, divide the actual weight by 2 (except for items weighing over 6000). For special cargo, divide by 6000. 
International dedicated line to Europe railway: 6000 units remaining out of 5000 originally. 
International dedicated lines to the United States and Canada, air and sea services, excluding 6000. 




VII. The delivery time of international express services is unpredictable. 
The reference delivery time provided by our company generally refers to working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case of delays caused by stockouts, weather conditions, port inspections, etc., no compensation will be offered. 
Our company acts as a freight agent, providing container shipping services and handling the task of facilitating the transfer of goods to the carrier on behalf of our members at discounted rates. What we can do for our members is to ensure efficient shipping. However, during the subsequent transportation process, we cannot directly control the delivery time. We will fulfill our duties by assisting our members in contacting the carrier for negotiations, urging tracking, and handling claims. 
We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays caused by the late payment of membership fees. If the shipment delay is more than 24 hours due to our company's reasons, we will refund 1% of the membership fee as compensation to the member. If the delay is more than 48 hours, we will refund 3% of the membership fee as compensation. 




VIII. Insurance Services 
If you would like us to purchase the freight insurance on your behalf, please consult the customer service for the specific charging standards. Alternatively, you can purchase the insurance yourself. The insurance only guarantees that the entire shipment will not be lost. It does not guarantee that the outer box will not be damaged, nor will it guarantee that the contents inside will not be damagedlost. Due to policy reasons, situations such as customs seizure of goods and other customs-related factors are not covered by the insurance. 




IX. Compensation Standards 
Our company acts as an agent rather than a true transportation carrier. In case of any loss, damagedelay of the parcels handed over to the carrier by our company, we are obligated to assist the members in handling inquiries and claims, and do our best to minimize the losses for the members. If the goods are lost in our company's warehouse, we will fully compensate for the loss. 
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, please read the following content carefully and confirm:
1. Explanation of insurance coverage and claims
If all the goods are lost, the compensation will be as follows; but if the goods are only damaged, dampened, deformed, etc., with some damage but not lost, even if insurance coverage is purchased, it will not be covered (this depends on the detailed insurance terms).
If no insurance coverage is purchased, the following situations will be compensated according to our company's compensation standards: by sea, railway, and container shipping, compensation will be 20 yuan per kilogram; by air, compensation will be 40 yuan per kilogram.
① The goods are lost during transportation due to force majeure factors such as weather, natural disasters,accidents;
② The goods are lawfully destroyed by the customs;
③ The goods have not been picked up more than 3 months after customs clearance in the destination country. 
2. Insurance only covers "loss" of the goods, not "damage/ruin".
General insurance premium for goods: 6% of (value of goods + freight) / (value of goods + freight) * 0.06
For example: Value of goods: 1000 yuan, Freight: 450 yuan
Insurance premium: (1000 + 450) * 0.06 = 87 yuan. Compensation for loss of goods: 1450 RMB 
3. If you wish to purchase the insurance service, please provide the actual value of the goods before shipment and inform us (This batch of goods requires insurance. The actual value is RMB XXXX. Please handle the insurance according to this amount.) ; If the value of the goods is not provided, it is regarded as not purchasing insurance coverage. Once the goods are dispatched, it is no longer possible to add insurance coverage. In case of loss, one cannot claim compensation on the grounds that insurance coverage has been purchased. 
4. Exclusions from Coverage:
In case of customs inspection, delay, detention,customs return of the goods, such situations are not covered under the insurance policy.
Please be informed and confirm the above terms. 
If you find that the goods are missingdamaged after signing for them, and you then try to claim compensation from the carrier (such as DHL, UPS, etc.), it is usually impossible to get the claim approved. Therefore, members are advised to carefully inspect the goods before signing for them,refuse to sign for them. Record videos to document the situation of the product problems and unpack the package to facilitate our company's application for compensation with the carrier. 
The carrierthe insurance company is not responsible for compensation for any damage to the contents. Before forwarding the member's goods, our company will free of charge reinforce the outer box with adhesive tape. If special packaging (such as foam, wooden box, etc.) is required, the member will need to pay an additional fee. 
Our company's relevant compensation standards are based on relevant laws and regulations as well as the regulations of each shipping company. They are also referred to the official websites of each shipping company's carriers, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc.
